What does induction container sealing consist of?
Induction can sealers are based on a clean and non-contact can sealing system through which an operculum or ‘disc’ of aluminum is stuck on the perimeter of the mouth of a container.
In the first place, to seal a container by induction, the existence of a screw cap is essential, and this cannot be metallic. The induction disc/cap must already be placed inside the lid.
Regarding the body of the container, it is always recommended to be made of any plastic polymer (PP, PET, PE, etc.). For glass containers, we recommend using the conduction sealing system or also known as: heat sealing.
