thermal induction capping sealer
Induction heat sealing improves product quality, prevents natural moisture absorption, extends shelf life, adds security against counterfeiting.
Manual induction sealer recommended for low production, economical, with sealing head for container mouth diameters from
Ø20mm to Ø100mm.
It is characterized by being compact and light, but at the same time it has the power and effectiveness necessary for the vast majority of induction sealing applications; controlled by a SIEMENS "IGBT" chip with high efficiency and low power consumption. Our recommendation, Quality-Price for low productions.
This induction heat sealing machine works on non-metallic, plastic or glass bottles as well as cup-shaped containers. It is updated for the popular airtight sealing method. What does induction container sealing consist of?
Induction can sealers are based on a clean and non-contact can sealing system through which an operculum or ‘disc’ of aluminum is stuck on the perimeter of the mouth of a container.
In the first place, to seal a container by induction, the existence of a screw cap is essential, and this cannot be metallic. The induction disc/cap must already be placed inside the lid.
Regarding the body of the container, it is always recommended to be made of any plastic polymer (PP, PET, PE, etc.). For glass containers, we recommend using the conduction sealing system or also known as: heat sealing.
A suitable cap. for induction sealing I can compose the following elements (layers):
Internal “burr-free” plug, suitable for incorporating an aluminum disc / operculum
Cardboard: this element fulfills a double function, since it is not only necessary to incorporate and center the cap on the cap, but it will also guarantee that the cap has adequate contact with the mouth of the container once the cap is closed and before sealing by induction
adhesive layers
Operculum / aluminum foil. Undoubtedly, the most important element of all, since without it, it would be impossible to seal the container. Currently, there are different types of caps, the choice of which will depend on the type of product you wish to seal.
