The Client (hereinafter, the “Customer”) that accesses the website (the “Website”) owned by DISTRIBUCION ARC. (the “Society”), register or make a purchase of products through the Website, you agree to be bound by and subject to this Legal Notice and the General Conditions as they are drafted at the time of accessing the Website.

Rules for authorized use of the website (“Website”)

The Client may access the Website free of charge, without prejudice to the connection costs through the telecommunications network that must be paid to the entity with which the Client has contracted the service.

As a general rule, access to the Website is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age who do not have the corresponding authorization from their parents or legal guardians.

The Client undertakes to use the Website only to make legally valid enquiries or orders and not to make any false or fraudulent orders. Otherwise, we will be authorised to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

We will not be liable for any damage or loss to your computer resulting from the above actions, or from the use of the Website or the downloading of content from it or to which it may redirect.

To ensure that the information contained in our files is always up-to-date and error-free, we request that the Client inform us as soon as possible of any changes or corrections to their personal data.

The use of the Website by the Client is carried out at all times under his/her own risk and responsibility, which he/she expressly acknowledges and accepts, and therefore the Company shall not assume any responsibility, direct or indirect, derived from the misuse or improper, fraudulent or illicit use that the Clients make of the Website.

The Company will make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the Website, explicitly acknowledging to the Client that it is not possible to offer full availability of the 100%. However, the Company undertakes to keep the Website online as available as long as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Website online, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, due to maintenance work, capacity or events beyond the Company's control.

Without being exhaustive, it is noted that the Company will not be responsible for:
